Redken Insiders is a community for pro hairdressers to create, collaborate, and connect with Redken and other pros in the UK and Ireland.
By completing missions in the community, you will earn hearts and rise through the Redken Insiders ranks, unlocking rewards and perks along the way! You will also have access to ask questions and interact with other Redken Insiders, sign up to receive free Redken products, and receive event invitations from Redken.

- Am I eligible to join?
To be eligible for Redken Insiders, you must be a professional hairdresser, a resident of the UK or Ireland, over 18 years old, and have a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok and tag @Redken or @RedkenUKI in your work at least twice per month.
- I've submitted my application – what next?
When you register to join, your application will be reviewed by the Redken team to make sure you meet the above eligibility. You will receive an update via email when your application has been reviewed.
- How do I earn rewards?
Complete missions to earn hearts and boost your status through the ranks. The higher your status, the more access you will have to exclusive rewards.
- What is a mission and how do I complete them?
Missions are specific tasks set for you by Redken. Some missions will ask you to comment and engage, whilst other missions will task you with content to create for social. Each mission will include detailed instructions for you to follow to receive your points.
